Pierre's Brasserie
The Brasserie is the oldest, traditional and recognisable part of
Pierre's. For over fifty years locals and travellers have wined and dined in
this famous room.
It's unique black and white tiles, red felt and original gold star-lined ceiling,
theatre lighting over black high leather benching make it the perfect spot for breakfast,
lunch or dinner.
At night the Brasserie is presented more formally than its easy going daytime setting.
The use of clever lighting, soundproofing and
background music creates a pleasing warm and enjoyable ambience.
